- Nice workout
This video was nice and simple for someone with dance background. It wasn't challenging for me but still nice workout for anyone looking for the basics to ballet.

- Too hard!
I have some ballet experience from when i took classes as a kid, but i still find this DVD somewhat hard to follow. It's also kind of slow.I would rather take classes live, as this was just too boring to last through the entire thing.
Rating:
- great workout/dance routines
Great for my break from school.
Keeps me training in dance moves and keeps me flexible.
