I have always wanted to try this cookware but truthfully have been too cheap! I finally got this particular pan and am in love with it! I will be expanding my collection soon I hope. For the first 2 weeks this pan was literally always on the stove. You can cook anything in it and clean up is awesome. The press helps cook meats faster than I've ever seen! Bacon goes from the fridge to crisp in literally 2 minutes! It makes awesome scambled eggs too. I cannot say enough good things about it. You have ... Read More

I am using this about four times as often as I anticipated, sometimes with the press, which works great, and sometimes without.Amazing the versatility that the shape of the skillet provides. Heavy, but not crippling.;)I don't think anyone would have regrets about this purchase.
