Rating: - Great yoga workout
There is no annoying music in the background and the yoga teachers were very well spoken and clean and precise in what they wanted to convey to the viewers.After practicing for a month, I can see my wife is in a very good shape.Ana and Ravi were great in teaching. Great product!!!

This is my 5th DVD with Ana and Brett. I had time to only do the first 50 minutes of the DVD in one sitting - it was very good. The exercises are not necessarily difficult or challenging; the repetition is what makes kundalini so magical, followed with the quiet meditation in between. The sequences are very different from the other 4 DVDs, save for a few short ones here or there, so I am rating it a 4.5 out of 5 really (not quite a 5 but I do like it a lot) out of all the kundalini DVDs from my favorite ... Another awesome yoga video from Ana and Ravi. Both my husband and myself enjoy Bliss hips. It will get you warm and flowing from your belly button to your thighs, plus, all that breathwork pumps your energy and puts you in a great mood. We love this one. Beginner to advanced beginner.

This DVD will lift your spirits, as you open up those hips!!!It's a GREAT one to get to infuse your life with energy!!!
And open hips create a healthy spine!
This DVD not only works on the hips, which is amazing.It also has a set to fight depression and lift the mood, which is great to do in Winter time or when you're PMSing.There are also some thyroid stimulators that are great for balancing metabolism.

Another great workout from Ana & Ravi. I love this one for the powerful hip opener which helps you move forward in your life. I feel relaxed, happy and look forward to the unknown.
Bliss Hips as some have mentioned does not have enough workout for the hips. I think it is a little deceiving at first, but once you actually do the workout and listen to Ana & Ravi explain why opening the hips is important in your life, you will understand why this workout is sequenced the way it is.
