I received the exact size I ordered. I wear a 7 1/2N womans USA. I chose the 38N. If I don't walk in them, they are super comfortable. They are too small when I walk. Remember, 1/2 size up if you can or next size up. I ordered another pair and I ordered a 39N. I am sure they will be great even walking. Just wanted to say that I do love the comfort and new styles offered now, but get the right size, that is important.

I LOVE BIRKENSTOCKS!! THEY ARE COMFORTABLE AND STYLISH AT THE SAME TIME..EVEN TEENGAGERS WOULD THINK THEY ARE COOL!! THE NUBUCK IS VERY SOFT AND THEY LAST A VERY LONGTIME!! I GIVEN UP ALL OTHER KIND OF SANDALS AND NOW ONLY BUY BIRKENSTOCKS..THEY COME IN ALL DIFFERENT KIND OF STYLES AND COLORS!! MY FAVORITE FIT IS THE THONG STYLE...THANK YOU BIRKENSTOCK FOR A WONDERFUL SHOE!!

I bought these for my mom for her birthday. There great shoes. They are soft like a birk is. betulas have cheapened and all other fake ones are garbage.
