- You get what you pay for
I think this product is not bad but also not as good as other reviews make it sound. The 7 page max cut claim is pushing it very hard (more like 3 maybe 4)unless you want to strain the unite. Dont get me wrong the unit did cut 7 pages at once but now it works very much slower than it did before that cut. The credit card cut process has become very much a strain on unit since I tried 7 page cut. Overall you get what you pay for I just wish it was promoted as 5 page max cut not 7.

I ordered this a few weeks ago and it arrived very timely.There was even NO shipping charges.They still shipped it UPS ground & I recd it within a few days.In addition, somehow they sent me 2 even though I only ordered 1.(I did get charged for the 2nd)I sent em to Amazon for return label, handled quickly and professionally.Would continue to buy from Amazon.

This is my third shredder.Each one is better than the last.This is my best shredder so far.
PROS:
*It is powerful.I can shed multiple sheets, usually 4 or so at at a time, without jamming or overheating or slowing down.
*It eats credit cards and staples.I don't have to remove staples before feeding the machine and the credit cards go through easily.
*It is enclosed on all sides so that little fingers can't slide in or under.

Rating: - Really good shredder.
I would recommend this shredder to anyone who wants a decent shredder for home use. It does a very nice job, and has good shreddings capacity. I'm quite pleased with it.

Have had this shredder for just a few weeks now but can already tell it is way better than the cheap ones they sell at Walmart for home use. This thing has a very powerful cut and the confetti type cut it gives you is very secure. I am extremely pleased with this Fellowes shredder and would definitey recommend it to anyone who wants a medium duty home shredder with lots of power.
