A great CD...got one for myself and one as a "grab-gift" for a party we were invited to attend!

This is a good example of what "country" music has sunk to - pop/rock with a slide guitar. Ms. Pickler is no better, and no worse, than dozens of other wannabees who seem to think a whine qualifies them as a country singer. As far as the material goes, well, it matches the artist in quality and authenticity.

When country music is done right, you just know. Brad Paisley and Keith Urban are prime examples of songwriters who can take a song and elevate it to another realm entirely, and in the female realm I can only think of Dolly Parton and Reba McEntire. I wasn't sure what to expect..I thought Kellie was adorable on American Idol so I thought I'd give her a try....I likedthe first to the last song...thats rare for me...I'm always skipping around to the songs I like, even on the new Carrie Underwood cd I just got...when I put this cd in it just plays....everytime.... I love it !!!!!!!!!!!!!
