Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - 2 remotes, 2 lemons
I bought a Harmony 670 last September. Setup worked fine, and I was so happy to be able to control all of my components with one remote. After about 4 weeks (just on the wrong side of Amazon's return window), the batteries died. I replaced them, and those batteries died in about a week. I figured maybe I got some bad batteries, so I bought some more and put those in. They died in a week, too. I contacted Logitech's customer support and they sent me a replacement remote. I popped the provided batteries ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!
We were looking for a universal remote - sounds easy right? WRONG!!!WE have satellite, TV, DVD and surround sound. We didn't think they made anything that would help us.Our oldest son recommended this to us and it has to be the greatest invention since sliced bread!!! No more looking for 3 remotes and only finding 2 or only just one. This was easy to setup and very easy to use and it controls EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Loses connection to devices regularly
This remote was VERY easy to setup and configure using the web-based tool, but I've had consistent trouble since almost day one with getting it to remain a remote for my fairly simple configuration -- TV, DVD, TIVO, RECEIVER.The remote seems to go to sleep and you have to walk through the wizard by pressing Next about three times to get it to wake up again. We've also had to change the batteries in it twice now and I've only had it for two months. As easy as it was to configure I just wish it would ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Harmony 670 - Great Remote
This was a replacement for an earlier model. It has more buttons, and therefore didn't require as much custom programming.I LOVE logitech's remotes and wouldn't be without them.If you're not intimidated by programing a remote via the Internet then this is the last one you'le ever need.I bought this refurbished from Amazon and I couldn't tell it wasn't new.

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - Horrible Button Layout; Poor Software; Broken after 6mo; Expensive
It's a good thing this does light up, because you could never find the right button in the dark otherwise. My old Sony plan jane remote is nicer in the dark, and doesn't even light up!

Bought this in Jan '09, the display is now broken... inserting fresh batteries will show the Harmony logo and "Testing..." for a second, and then goes blank. The remote buttons still work however.

Also, the battery cover is badly designed; can become impossible to remove.
