- Cleaning head separates from handle!
Bought this about 2 weeks ago and I like it althogh it's very flimsy and I feel the long handle could break if I put any pressure on it.
But...the one thing that drives me crazy is that the cleaning head (which is the water tank)keeps popping off the handle and it's very hard to fit back on.Does anyone else have this problem?

Had to return the steam mop.
Cons: The flimsy, plastic, click swivel connection between the mop head and handle comes undone while moping. This may be a future recall issue? The mop left the floor damp, and a little bit too wet. The Lysol cleaning product is placed in a separate container than the water. The Lysol container is tiny, and you have to bend down and push the button on the mop head to squirt a small amount of Lysol - kind of useless. The mop head is just tall enough where ... Read More

I have had the Lysol steam mop by Conair for about almost a year now. The pads that it comes with work okay, although they get really dirty and don't come completely clean in the wash. The mop does get hot and for stains and spots that have only been on the floor for a couple days it works just fine, but for really tough stains or spots this just won't get them up. Hands and knees and elbow grease! The cord is pretty short, but I have a small kitchen and baths so it isn't a big deal. It does a good ... Read More

Do not waste your money on this steam mop.I am handicapped & hoped this would make my cleaning easy.I had a hard time filling it with water because it has to be on the floor to fill it, and I can not lean over far enough to reach the fill hole.I used it 2 times ,once in my kitchen and once in my bathroom.It did not do a good job on either one.I had to do them over with my sponge mop.The cleaning pads are hard to put on and very cheap looking.Like I said don't waste your money.

I had one of these Lysol Steam Mops for about a year.It worked fine and did the job as advertised, but today I had to throw it away because the reservoir was completely filled with thick black mold, and there was no way to clean it out.The mold first started forming inside the reservoir after the second month of use, and no matter what I did to try to clean it, the mold kept growing.The mop still functioned, even with all that mold inside, but it was gross to look at -- you could see big chunks ...
