I drink this every morning as part of my re-hydration from a long night sleep. A nice flavor, I pour it into a HUGE mug that holds about 3 cups of water. I combine it with a tablespoon of benefiber. Drunk straight I find that whatever it is that add to make this bubbly, nauseates me slightly. The Benefiber kills that and adds 3g of digestible fiber. The combo is a healthy drink that works on multiple levels, 3 cups of water into my system, vitamins and 3 g of fiber to start the day.
Rating: - This flavor is good to eat right out of the packet.
I use emergen-c a lot, and this is my favorite flavor.This is the one flavor that I can just shake into my mouth and enjoy the fizzy, crackling treat. I love it that way, and my 11 year old son does too! I like to carry one in my pocket for times when my energy is diminished or I'm feeling weak. It will quickly bring my strength back.
Another thing I've noticed with Emergen-c is the way it affects my complexion.It really makes my skin look more vibrant.
Rating: - the Tropical is a great flavor
I have tried all of the Emergen-C flavors and this one is my second-favorite. The Pink Lemonade is my favorite (the whole box is pink, it's the one where 50% of profits go to breast cancer research), but I will take either the Pink Lemonade or the Tropical. If you want the mildest flavor, this one is the one to get. It smells great too.

I think it is very effective when comes contact with people having a cold. Only draw back is my kids are not care for the flavor very much.
