- this may be one of the graetest games of all time
jade empire special edition offers a wide range game experience.furthermore it get the player to see the point of view of all the characters from yourself a lone orphan destined to save or destroy the empire.
Rating: - A great game, with some annoying issues.
Jade Empire has a great and original story, great dialog, and great music. While many people complain that it is short (it is shorter than the previous games by Bioware) I personally found the length OK. Now granted I have a job and am going trough college, so games take me longer to finish. Its probably about 25-30 hrs in length depending on if you explore or not. Overall I'd say its a steal at the low price Amazon is currently selling it for. Its easily worth the full price for a PC game.

This is a very buggy game on my pc.Character sometimes turns invisible after cutscene or reload.Seems like this game likes to play on the lowest resolution possible.. I found a way around the 3 most glaring bugs of the game.
1.The bug where you are on the pirate island where two guards get "stuck" so you can't confront Gao the Greater.When you first enter the workshop where the dragonfly is, you want to make sure that after you start fighting the first batch of monsters, that when you ... Read More

This is a great game. Beautiful game world. It runs smoothly on my rig. Even near waterfalls. The controls are a bit different, but not overly hard to learn. All in all a fantastic game experience. Well worth the money.

The one good thing about this game is that there's nothing extraordinarily, game-breakingly bad about it. Combat works, though basically what it boils down to is pressing one or two buttons over and over again (attack and, depending on your style, dodge). Story? As you have been in almost every other CRPG known to man, you are the Chosen One, and you have to save the world.
