- Arrived curdled!
I went through the first 3 boxes, and 2 out of 3 were curdled. <:^( I mean in a gross, lumpy, sour milk way. It is difficult to return food items like this to Amazon. They were not past the expiration date nor was this in the summer.
As far as the uncurdled 4 cans... Optima is much better. The flavor was strong, very sweet and vanilla. It is not like a diet drink, it's like the supplement drinks you find at the store for those sick and elderly.

I ordered these first because of the sale price.However, I was pleasantly surprised after trying these.They taste great and are more satisfing than my usual Atkins shakes.Only drink these super chilled though.

I am not a big fan of diets in general and I use this product to help me eat right, not diet. The taste alone is fine and it's a great after workout recovery drink by itself...but if you jazz it up by blending with frozen strawberries and a banana; that's a real meal and a delicious smoothie. Also, this option doesn't have all the sugar in other varieties and more protein to help you feel satisfied longer.

I'm not big on breakfast, so these are PERFECT for me to grab on the go or as a substitution for a meal.The low carb ones are pretty good tasting.I like them COLD and shaken up well.They're not too sweet and I don't really think there is an aftertaste either.I ordered these on the 19th of February with the FREE SHIP option and I received them today, February 21.They arived Fed Ex and the EXP date is January 2010 can't beat that.The price was a STEAL.Currently the vanilla flavor shakes ... I use this product for it's nutritional value (40% of my daily protein), with a slice of whole-grain bread, a slice of swiss cheese and 1/2 - 3/4 cup of thawed mixed berries with extra blueberries.I don't slim fast but I have the confidence of nutrition I need to get me through the morning.
