Rating: - Atkins substitute
Since Atkin's has changed their formula for their drinks Slim Fast taste just as good.And since Atkin's has scaled down their marketing and its difficult to find their drinks at the same retails stores that used to carry them, at least I can find Slim Fast.Not my first choice, but I'm glat they are there to fill the void.

Been using these as a low card meal replacement since I decided to get back in shape.They taste good and do a decent job at making you feel like you actually ate something (surpressing your appetite).I have tried a couple of other low carb brands and none were as good as these.
The vanilla is ok but I prefer the chocolate without question.

We use Slim Fast all the time at our house. And since we are Prime members, getting it from Amazon on auto-ship is the best.Although the taste has never been spectacular, these low-carb are the best we have found.Only reason it isn't 5 stars is that my honey says it tastes metallic to him.I like it fine.

The product for weight loss or control is great with this so far -taking it slow i have loast 30 pds in a year. Also it helps keep my diabetes type 2 in check amazing well.
