I use it almost exclusively with a Cisco Softphone so that I can work from home through a vpn but still take calls on my regular extension.People don't even realize I'm at home.
Plug and play.Super easy to setup.I explicitly wanted a headset that was usb based so I wouldn't have to unplug my speakers or anything like that.It nicely blocks out a lot of other noise and people can hear me well through the microphone.I'd definitely buy it again, especially for the price.

I've gone through about a half a dozen headsets over as many years...this one is the best out of the "reasonable cost" headsets I've ever used. Just be sure you know it's USB before purchasing it, and if that is what your looking for your sure to be pretty satisfied with this headset. It has a few quirks for sure, but it's the best headset available in this price range that I've bought and used.
