- Avoid this program at all costs
I bought this program to make a simple slide show for a family party. I'm very computer literate, but even with tech supports "help" I have been unable to install this program -- or its Vista update -- on my computer. Tech support suggests uninstalkling, reinstalling, etc...but symptoms continue. I sure wish I had read the reviews here before buying it!Don't waste your money - I'm going to try to get a refund from Nova.

- What a great program.
I received this software as a gift. I asked for it after looking for several months at all sorts of photo editing software. I am particularly impressed that it came with a manual. Something I definitely need, as my computer savvy is rather poor.
Photo Explosion Deluxe Version 3 has all the features of more expensive programs, as far as I can tell. I can not imagine that there is anything on a non-professional level that is better. It appears to be very complete, offering more than I could ... Read More

I've never had so many problems with any software program.From the first time I ran it, Photo Explosion has given me almost endless error messages, and because I thought this was due to an incompatibility with Microsoft Vista, I downgraded my operation system to XP with absolute no relief from the problems.Any time I so much as open Photo Explosion, I get the message, "Ulead Photo Express has encountered a problem and needs to close.We are sorry for the inconvenience."

I purchased this software over a month ago.When I did the installation it would not go from disc one to disc two because there was a file missing (although all the other files were there.After a bad experience with customer service they sent me another disc 2.Of course disk 3 had the same problem.I was told they would overnight more replacements, they lied, 5 days later I still have not received anything.Customer support/tech support have been completely unhelpful and rude.I can't tell ... Rating: - Easy to Use, and Priced Right!
I was looking for a simple program for editing and and was surprised at the features packed in this inexpensive program. Have had it for a year and have edited 100's of photos using cropping, adding text,adjusting color, sharpness, and more. Is it for the pro photographer? No, but you can't beat it for the every day person needing to make revisions to their photos. And for the money you won't be dissapointed.
