This product doesn't even work at all. It doesn't capture video to my hard drive neither does it display on the monitor. I don't blame the seller but the manufacturer.Can I send it back for refund?

I purchased this item the beginning of 2007. I wanted to take footage off of my old Camcorder tapes and convert them to DVD. It worked like a charm for me and I was very impressed.

I bought this item and Vista does not support it so I am unable to use this at all.
