Engineered by Waring, this versatile meat grinder helps you ensure that the food you cook is as fresh as possible. Suitable for home use, the machine grinds beef for tacos, turkey for burgers, and pork for sausage, as well as non-meat items like vegetables and fruit. Powered by a 300-watt motor, the grinder has a durable die-cast metal hopper and brushed stainless-steel housing. It comes with three separate cutting plates to let you set the grind for the task at hand. - Runs great, looks great!
Powerful, grinds meat without any problems. Looks as nice in real life as it is in picture. Not quiet, but, having experience with different grinders before, I think the powerful ones can not be quiet. Recommend it!

Now I've only had this a week and so far I've had great results.I realize that it's a rebuilt machine,but I'm not grinding everyday. So for me the cost was perfect. And what I had it do has worked great.I'm very pleased so far.If I was using this everyday and pushinghundreds of pounds of meat thru the thing,It might be a different story,but for home user that makes sausage once a month or it gets used one a week I think it's great for the cost.

I would not say that this product was Refurbished, its looking like NEW and its working perfect.I paid for meat grinder the standard one almost the same and the old its broken (wasn't electric).This one save me time and cleaning is easy as well.I will recomand to others to buy it.

i don't know what about new ones but refurb i bought just after three uses got it drive shaft bent. now gears between motor shaft and grinding screw are start sleeping when you pres to push meat through the neck of the receiver. it makes pretty loud and scary crackling noise. i need take a closer look on it's plastic gear and sproket to see if there any broken teeth.
just be aware of this it's not a havy duty machine even though manufacturers website claims commercial-like durability.
