Trying to quit smoking is difficult, CQ helps ease you into a smoke free life. If you have tried and given up try again it will work.

the very first time i used the patches, it was my fault i didnt let them work. YOU CANNOT SMOKE AT ALL WHEN ON THESE PATCHES or they will not work! thats why i had to buy them twice. but im on the same box for the second time, and i have not smoked in 2 days. i have only been smoking for about 3 years, but i have so much to deal with that i smoked a pack every 2 days and im 19. i am so happy now cause i finally quit. these work if you let them, the first time is the hardest WITHOUT patches, but if ... I was a smoker for over 10 years. I purchased this when I wanted to quit smoking and it worked so well. I have now been a non smoker for 2 years. I followed the plan and set a date.I told as many people as I could so that every time I wanted to cave in to a craving I would know I would have to face all those people and tell them I had failed. I also bought cinniman sticks. You can suck on them and they are the shape of a ciggarette and the taste of the cinniman is soothing and gets you through those ... Read More

I was a horrific smoker for 22 years - I smoked well over a pack and a half a day... I am not proud but with the aid of the patch. I quit! I am now entering my 38th week with out a smoke...not even a drag! I encourage others but I don't preach... nobody likes and ex-smoker :) Just remember that what your doing is hard at the end of step one if you do not feel you can handle going to step two...stay on step one and extra week or two..everyone's different and we all can't follow the schedule on the box. ...
