Regency cooking twine is heavy duty, 100% 16 ply cotton Butcher's Twine used for meat preparation and other multi uses in the home (bundling newspapers and books, hanging herbs to dry, binding asparagus, etc). Hey...this is a GREAT idea, to put the cooking twine on a spindle with a cutter.There is plenty of good quality twine, and the spindle with a handy cutter is indispensible if you are trying to tie up that bird, or tenderloin, or whatnot.Who wants to have more items out on the table, and more trips to get those items, and more effort to try and find shears to cut the twine that don't already need washing to prevent cross contamination?This spindle allows you to pull twine and cut it beforehand, ...
