- Installed on my iMac...after a fashion
Brought this for my Intel iMac based on the comments of other Mac people who installed this OEM software.It was no sweat upgrading to SP3 on the Microsoft site. One word of caution to others who install this software on Macs.When I initially started installation you come to a screen that requires that you select choices using function keys.My function keys did not work, until,I discovered that I had to set them to keypress function #s rather than volume up/down screen brightness up/down. ... This was supposed to be a builders disc but the info on it was corrupted or incomplete because it would not load and the message was "missing files" unable to proceed may corrupt etc.

If you can solve Windows problems on your own this is easily worth the savings and I much prefer XP over Vista for general computing.
