- Perfect purchase
I already had one of these, I purchased this one to go with the lefse griddle I bought for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. It came quicker than the griddle & was packaged appropriately. No dings or anything. I prefer this slender one for making lefse, it's easier to handle it.

My wife ordered this for a big weekend planned with neighbors to make lefse.It showed up on time and after unpacking it was broken.Thats actually not so bad, I mean lets be realistic things happen.But what is beyond belief is that it was scotch taped back together in an attempt to fix the break.Thats right we unpacked it and it was scotched taped the two halves back together.I cannot see or image any excuse for this.

I'm still refining my lefse-making skills, but these thin sticks really help in transferring the rounds from the rolling area to the griddle and flipping them while cooking.The handles have a very pretty design painted on.I suspend them on small nails on the wall above the stove when not in use.

Thanks for the quick service.It is very hard for me to find Norwegian traditional items here so I was very pleased to locate the lefse sticks that we needed for Christmas lefse.
