It seems I have tried about everything on earth to ease my arthritic
pains.I broke my hip in '99 and get many spasms. I have found that
AHAVA is really the best thing.It is rather pricey. I get around that
by keeping on hand the sturdy old standby, Epsom Salts that are very
inexpensive.Also I dont use a whole cup of AHAVA for the bath as it
would be too expensive but when I do use it, I notice when I get out of

The salt in Ahava products comes from the Dead Sea in Israel. When I was sitting on the Dead Sea (you can't sink, because the weight of the salt makes you pop up) I noticed an incredible difference in the silky feeling of my skin.
