Rating: - The best crêpe and pancake pan.
This pan is the best pan for crêpes and pancakes and
anything delicate. It gives the crêpes and pancakes a beautiful golden sheen for perfection presentation
for that special person who stayed overnight! Just like in the romantic comedies! :-)
Rating: - Great multi purpose griddle!
I received the griddle when I purchased a cookware set from Anolon and I have found it to be quite useful.Never having owned a griddle prior to this I highly recommend everyone having one in their kitchen set! It's comfortable, easy to clean, and lightweight. Just don't use metal on any of the Anolon Advanced products or it will scratch the non-stick coating.

This griddle pan is great.Plenty of room for two grilled cheeses at once.I have also cooked bacon on it.The non-stick surface is awesome and clean up is so easy because nothing sticks!

I love this pan, it comes in so handy for a bunch of different uses. The even heating from center to edge is amazingly consistent...browning everything the same no matter where it's placed. Also a great "one pan" breakfast pan...eggs, sausage, hash browns...all in same pan...You have to get this beauty, it will serve you well.
