House had been on the market for 7 months and got an offer within 1 week of this statue's arrival.

In this market I figured giving the statute a shot would be worth it. Put the statute in the ground almost six months ago...still no offer AND my house is price right in align with comps. I'm a believe but not a believer of this! For the price it was worth a try.

The price and quality of the product was great.However, my house never sold - maybe I did something wrong.

My friend has been trying to sell her house and I got one of these for her.She's very environmentally conscious so when I told her she should bury it she didn't want to do that because it's made from plastic.So I got her another one from Statuary Place which is made of plaster and she buried it right away.Also good for the plants, I guess.I don't believe in these things but seems to have brought her luck.
