Product Description:
If you could only have one pan, this would be it. Circulon's revolutionary chef's pan is hard-anodized to provide exceptional strength, while the aluminum core facilitates fast, even heating with no hot spots to burn food. With a superior nonstick coating - proven #1 for durability and food release - and unique stainless steel base that makes this pan dishwasher safe and suitable for all range tops! Limited lifetime warranty.
Amazon.com Review:
From lid to handle to base, each piece of Infinite Circulon cookware is geared for optimal performance in the kitchen--so home chefs can focus on the art of cooking, not the science. The hard-anodized aluminum bodies and stainless-steel bases with encapsulated aluminum cores offer the dual advantages of rapid, even heating and superior durability. Circulon's TOTAL nonstick system (rated the longest wearing by independent lab tests) features an all-over nonstick coating and a Hi-Low ring design that heats food over the entire cooking surface, but reduces abrasion by allowing only a portion of food and utensils to touch. Also, unlike most nonstick pans, Infinite goes right into the dishwasher so cleanup is a breeze.
This 6-quart covered chef's pan takes on all kinds of jobs from browning or simmering to grilling and sautéing. Its deep, slightly curved sides let cooking utensils slide right in, and it transports easily with stick and loop handles made of heat-resistant cast stainless steel and riveted for extra strength. Nestling snugly onto the rim, the matching stainless-steel lid keeps a low profile topped by an arched loop handle. The deep charcoal grey and bright mirror-polish combination looks sleekly professional yet stylish enough to bring to the table for serving. The pan is oven-safe to 500 degrees F and can be used on all stovetops. Hard-anodized aluminum also doesn't chip, stain, or scratch, so the aptly named Infinite will keep its good looks for many years to come. It is backed with a limited lifetime warranty. --Kara Karll

- Circulon Infinite is great for induction cooking!
I got this pan when I got my Circulon Infinite Induction Cooker. The conductivity of the aluminum with the induction capability of the stainless disk make a great cook pan! I deep fry, stir fry, saute before braising, braise, boil for pasta, etc., etc., etc! Clean up is a snap!It quickly became my favorite cook pan because I don't have the "hot spot" problem with it that I have with some other pans using and induction burner. I use primarily All-Clad, but I now intend to buy other Circulon Infinite ... Read More

My husband loves this product, he thinks it's made for men!! This is his favorite pan!! HE CALLS IT HIS DO IT ALL PAN!!!

- It works perfectly for my uses.
I like to make my own sauces and stocks in large quantities then freeze them for later use.I have found that a "saucier" type of pot, that gets wider at the top, allows more water to evaporate and quickens the thickening process.Up till now I've used a 5.5 qt. stainless steel pot but it finally gave out and is no longer being made.I shopped around and read all the reviews for large sauciers like this Circulon.I've never used Circulon before so was uncertain if I'd like it, but the price was right ... - Great saute pan
This pan is a big improvement over the original Circulon pot I have with the deep circular grooves. This pan has shallow bumps on the pan bottom that are extremely easy to clean. This particular chefs pan is a great size for meals for 4.I love the high straight sides. The pan is heavy for me so I cannot easily lift it or toss ingredients using one hand. The heaviness is the biggest negative for me over the wok I had that this replaces. The reason for the weight is a layer of stainless steel on the ...
