I have always wanted an enameled cast iron pot but they were so very expensive; then I found this one by Lodge. It is an excellent pan, and is everything I could have asked for. The quality is great. It cooks wonderful, and food doesn't stick to it. Love it! reasonably priced and worth every penny and more.

Yes, we all see the celebrity chefs using the $300 LC French version of these and let me tell you, this is every bit as good as the higher priced French version!I have had one of the expensive ones in a larger size for years, and yes, I love it, but LOVE this just as much, if not more!This one is smaller than my other one, so I can see myself using it for so many more things, almost daily.I have already used it to make a small stew, a pot of chili, some glazed carrots and an Indian lentil dish ... I bought recently a 3-quart and 6-quart Lodge Enameled Cast-Iron Dutch Ovens and they are great.I have tried some new recipes since I have had this and it has made family days really enjoyable.Not only are they wonderful to cook in but keep various dishes at a good temperature for serving quite some time after removing from the stove.The heat is so evenly distributed while cooking and that is fabulous.I really like this cookware.

I have a 3 qt and a larger 6 qt enamaled dutch oven. Both are great to cook in. Have used the 3 qt 60+ times making Glorious One Pot Meals. Does an awsome job and easy , easy clean up. Have baked quick one pot quick bread in it also.....great results. Has stood up to daily use very well. Enamaled dutch ovens ....great product & great price on Amazon...even bought 2 , 3 qts for presents.
