I have an older model Samsung MP-3 player and it has performed very well over the years.I purchased this player as a gift for my daughter.She loves listening to music and this will let her listen to her tunes wherever she is.The battery life of this player is longer than most.It is easy to navigate through the various modes and holds a sufficient number of items.The size is wonderful!It is large enough to be able to operate without any difficulty, yet small enough I can always find a ... I've had this mp3 player for almost a year, I doubt anyone's lining up to buy it anymore, but it's still a good deal.Like others have said, it's worth praising for its slimness and style.You can't feel the buttons since they're touch-sensitive and it's hard to guess so you'll have to take the player out of your pocket to mess with it.That's okay though, I knew that going in.The downside, for me, is the laborious scrolling.It's got one speed folks, so if you want to go looking for a song ... - Beware! known problem with yp-k3
I have owned the 4gb yp-k3jab for over a year now but a couple of days ago it just wouldnt turn on - i charged it thinking its battery might be flat (even though it had just been charged). After a full 24 hrs of charging i realised it wasnt going to charge fully. I tried once again to turn on but wouldnt work. After some internet research i realised this was a known problem where pressing the reset button sometimes fixed it. However in my case it didn't work.So I rang Samsung who were unable to help ... I love this MP3. It has everything - including touchscreen (which is the new fad). Store a lot of songs, pics, etc. No problems with it at all and I've had it for a while now.

Great MP3 player, but the EmoDio software is the worst I've ever used.I've had countless problems with it (the software).At this point, I am not sure dealing with the software is worth the hassle of owning this MP3 player.
