I am a 26 year type 1 diabetic. This is the only cold cereal I have ever eaten that does NOT send my blood sugar soaring. It is also lower in calories than most "like cereals". Great product!

- FAR TOO SWEET!
This cereal has a good crunch but a far too fake sweet flavor. It has a strange diet shake after taste also.
A small amount of regular cereal would be far better and cheaper..

Glucerna cereal does not spike my sugar.Most cereals will raise my sugar 100+ point. It''s crunchy and tastes really good.It's satisfying and has fiber.
