- So far very pleased
I was able to get this on my network with no problems. It is going through my Qwest Actiontec DSL modem so I can work on my laptop and wirelessly print. The duplex feature is great, though I have noted a little page rippling as has been mentioned by others. One thing that I also appreciate is that after you print it just kind of turns off, or appears to. My other printer periodically goes through its warm up process, this Brother unit just stays quiet. Nice.

- "Simply" Fantastic Printer Solution!
I bought one of these (new) about four years ago to upgrade an existing group of networked PC's to a single printer (each previously used individual ones). "Simply," in a matter of minutes, this thing was installed and all the PC's with it. This is one of those "painless" solutions! The installation wizard that came with it was a gem. It easily found the printer on the network & configured everything automatically! An icon showed up for updates. "Click" and twenty seconds later it said, "We had the ... Read More

- A bargain
What a bargain! This printer is simply excellent and unlike a lot of other printers in this price range you actually get a large toner cartridge with it instead of those sample size carts some brands rip you off with.
Pros:
- Very fast and the warmup time is very short
- It's got ethernet which I connect to my Airport wireless to share with all the computers in the house.
- East setup: I pretty much connected it to the network, it appeared on my Mac and I printed ... Read More

- Fast, Duplex, Network, no drivers required.
It came just like new, all items.
Works better than I could have hoped, no drivers need for my mac install , took exactly the warm up time to setup.
With CUPS / IPP / LPD support , web interface, telnet ...
And when it printed it is fast, RIP was fast and paper flew out.
I am not impressed easily but I have given up on inkjet for anything but photoprinting.
