- Who would have thought you could loose weight like this!?!?
I got this DVD today and thought i'd just pop it in the dvd player and check it out like i do my other dvd's that i buy so i know what i'm getting into before i get in to it, i could not help but to jump up and move with Shaun, i even had company stop by to visit and they even jump'd up and started doing the "freak" you'll know that move if you ever did his workouts. I am very impressed with Hip Hop Abs. Within the first few weeks of doing the video i lost several inches and i am only doing the ab sculpt right now, which is 24 minutes long. The exercises are very easy and well worth it. I can feel and see the changes. After looking for a product to help me with my mid section for so long I finally found it. I highly recommend Hip Hop Abs.

This workout is fun and is a great way to get in better shape as you tighten up your abs at the same time!
