- Panasonic warranty is the worst
We bought this microwave, and it worked for 8 months.One day we got a broken sensor message, and the microwave never turned on again.No problem, we thought.It is practically new and is still under warranty.We contacted Panasonic the next week, got approval for the free repair, and took it to their recommended service center.It is now 5 months later, I have spoken to Panasonic at least 10 times, and they have not sent the repair part.Panasonic finally offered to buy us a new microwave, ... - Screen is worthless - No Light
The unit works great, cooks evenly and is powerful. However I deduct 1 start for a terrible absolutly unreadable in all conditions display.. it lokos like it's 8888 all the time. And I take off 1 star for not having a light inside the microwave when the door is open.

Bought this open box from Amazon's warehouse and I was scared as to what kind of condition it would arrive in... but no problems.It was in original packaging, looks brand new, and works like a charm.My biggest gripe is the documentation - it doesn't tell you what presets correspond to what food you're cooking with the "sensor cook" button.On the other hand, I love the "sensor reheat" function.It works, and it works quickly due to the 1300watts.One of the best bargains I've ever gotten online!
