- Good fun but it doesn't replace old fashion crunches and weight lifting
The moves are fun and will shock the muscles with some tightness, but it is not a replacement for old fashion abs crunches and diet. Quite simply, there is nothing magic in this program.

Another fun workout DVD from Shaun. IF you want to exercise and have fun while doing it Shaun is your guy. I am glad I decided to try his workouts after years of being skeptical.I needed something new and exciting and Shaun really brought the goods. The non-stop moving in these workouts especially the fat burning cardio is amazing. Shaun is super energetic and I am motivated and pumped.

I love Hip Hop Abs!!!!Shaun T. is a great instructor, he cues well, and shows the moves perfectly.I always get a good workout with this set and find myself going back to this one frequently. I have seen definite results!!I recommend starting with Level 1.I got Level 2 for the days when I want to kick it up a notch (I still get a fantastic workout from Level 1, but some days I want to REALLY push myself!)

I am in fairly good shape and wanted a cardio workout that would make me break a good sweat. I found it with Shaun T! He's a total goof (and the music's kinda lame) but the cheesiness gives me the humor that I need. I enjoy all the workouts, but the fat-burning cardio is my favorite. The moves are fun and his enthusiasm is contagious.

I heard about this dvd from my friend jen, and she loved it, my teenage daughter loves it, shaun t is adorable and he gets you so moving, his total body burn on the dvd is 45 minutes and it dosen't feel like it at all, i love the fact that you see how much time is left in an exercise segment and how much time you have been working out, cause some times you may be getting tired and say hey only 1 more minute and you do it, I highly recommend this dvd.
