Leave the cleaning to a robot with this convenient machine. Its 14.4-volt rechargeable Ni-MH battery provides the power needed to clean hard floors, shop carpets, garage and basement areas, as well as industrial-floor surfaces. In addition, specially designed counter-rotating brushes spin almost 1,000 times per minute, sweeping up dirt and debris that cling to rough surfaces. I'm using the Dirt Dog as my main floor cleaner. Love it. Remove the small throw rugs, close a door so it will stay in one room, then start it and forget it. I like how it cleans under the couch and under the bed. Easy to empty the dust bin, easy to clean the brushes. Wish I had gotten one sooner.

The IRobot sweeper works better than the IRobot vacuum on animal hair. Having 7 cats + two dogs, at this time of year there is a LOT of hair floating EVERYWHERE.The sweeper gathers it all up.Even tho it does not run as long as the vacuum it does a much better job.The larger dust bin does not have to be emptied half way thru the job.Runs over low rugs just fine. Much easier to set it to run than dragging out a heavy vacuum.

Although designed for the workshop, my Dirt Dog is used exclusively on my tile. I hate sweeping and now the dirt dog has taken over for me. It cleans under the kitchen cabinets, couches, tables and anything with a few inches of clearance. If you have ever watched the logo on your DVD screen saver bounce around hoping it will hit exactly in the corner, then you will love watching dirt dog in action. Hoping she gets that one piece of dirt as she randomly spins around the room. I picked one up on Amazon ... Read More

iRobot 110 Dirt Dog Workshop Robot
I've had my Dirt Dog for over a year now and I really love it.
I've used it to clean the garage floor and regularly use it to clean the floor of our lanai here in FL.It does a great job on both areas.
I highly recommend it.

We have a black Labrador and a Doberman, and the shedding from the Lab is intense at the beginning of a Texas summer. The Doberman LOVES to get dirty and bring it in with her, so suffice to say, our indoor/outdoorfur-babies make our home a little...messy.With a new human babyjoining us and not liking the prospects of him getting down on our floors, we decided we needed help.
