Not only is it overpriced and slow as others have mentioned, but it is buggy.I have had the software lose it registration five times since last December.Very inconvenient when traveling outside of the country and their8 - 5 EST support hours.After being on the phone and three transfers the net is that the problem has yet to be fixed.I bought Living Spanish for 1/4 the price and hope to have better luck.

The product was received in good time and in good condition. The only issue I had was getting it running. The directions were for the online version, thus a little confusing. I got it up and running now and love the product!

The seller I purchased this from sent a bootleg copy, so I am unable to comment.

I think that this product works very well.I do have a couple of complaints: the voice recognition software works well, but it doesn't always recognize that you are saying it correctly.It also doesn't teach sentence structure (I have only done the first disc).Overall it works really well.
