My daughter was desperate for a messenger bag, and this one seemed like a good choice.Although this bag is cute, it doesn't actually hold very much.She can fit her lunch and a couple small books.It doesn't even really hold a normal size folder without bending it in...This is not a good choice for a school book bag.

When you view this item online on any site, it looks as if it's a nice size. Almost looks as if its able to fit a collage ruled notebook, but its not. The measurements might be accurate, but because the photo is blown up in size, it appears to bemuch bigger than it really is. It's always best when compared to something else. I really liked the bag, but it is smaller than I thougth.Sometimes it is difficult to preview the size of something in a computer screen.

I purchased this in anticipation for the arrival of my new Acer Aspire One 8.9 in pink netbook.The netbook fits perfectly in the bag with plenty of room for the AC adapter, a small USB speaker, a flash drive, and whatever else I might need!Also purchased another matching bag to use as a carry on and look forward to adding to this set!
