Rating: - have to download updated driver from coby site
At first, I was going to return this.The software would not install and the computer did not detect the device.(Using a Vista OS.) I gave it to my sister and asked if it would install on her computer.Instead of using the CD that comes with it, she went to the Coby website and downloaded the most recent drivers (COBYUSA.com).It worked! She, too, has a Vista. I have to say, I was glad to find out that Amazon would have paid for me to send it back, if it had come to that.

- FOR MAC, THIS SUCKS!!!
I bought 2 of these for my little girls and found out, after hours on the phone with tech support, that they only work on 80% of the MACS. There is no mention of this on the website and no mention on the product. This is a waste. Don't buy it. It sucks. IT SHOULD GET NO Stars but itwon't let me do that.

I did see the other reviews claiming that the viewer would not be recognized by the PC but I figured I was smarter and better looking than all other reviewers. :-).
Nope, this thing doesn't work. Install the software, plug it in, select update, open program, program wants it plugged in, push OK, program closes. I wasted an hour that I could have used to pet the cats and no results. I'm sending it back. Just don't bother.

This is a piece of junk.The software is completely inoperable and, once installation failed, the computer fails to recognize the USB connection at all.Three requests to customer service were ignored or unanswered. I'm only thankful that it was so inexpensive as I'd be really honked off if I'd spent more.Time to look for another product.

Great product. Well worth the money. I bought it as a gift for my mom and she loved it. Photos looked pretty good for such a small screen. So glad I bought it. Plus delivery was so quick. It came two days earlier than I expected it.
