No harsh (or expensive) cleaners means no fumes or residues to irritate lungs or muddy delicate finishes, while the use of hot steam rather than buckets of water leaves floors dry in just seconds. Heated and ready to use in 30 seconds, the remarkably quiet mechanism works something like an iron: steam is dispensed on demand, rather than continuously, by pressing the trigger while passing the mop over the floor. This definitely beats the standard floor mop that you have to wring out every few minutes.Also, no cleaning product to purchase.Does a great job ( I have ceramic tile in kitchen, hallway, three bathrooms and pantry )in very little time and with very littleeffort.Worth every bit of the price!

This mop is pretty easy to use and does a really good job on my tile floors.Doesn't leave too much water on the floor, it dries in just a few minutes.

with 3 labs, wet mops weren't doing th ejob anymore; and they began to take on an order after a while. We checked out the steam mops and when the price was right, we bought this model.It is light weight, easy to use and most importantly, gets the job done! It cleans without leaving streaks or grit and stores quickly. We don't know how we lived without this cleaner for so long!

This cleaner was a good purchase. It is lightweight and is easy to maneuver. The floors are really clean when I am done. The cartridge holds enough water for me to clean all of the floors, which is handy. The pads hold up well with washing, and they grab a lot of dirt off the floor.
The only thing I wish it had was a longer cord. Other than that, it's great!

This machine does what it says it will.I did research before purchasing and in this price range, it's the best.I found the steam button takes awhile to get used to (it can leave the floor pretty wet) but when I was done with my bamboo floors, they looked much nicer than the spray and mop hardwood cleaner that I have been using.And it's less trouble than using the spray bottle over the entire 524 square feet of flooring!The pad went through the washer in good shape and I air dried it as recommended. ...
