- A solid printer...
I bought this printer to replace a HP D7160 printer that just "gave out". I got the D7360 after reading about 76 reviews on various web sites and thought I would try it out. I am very happy I did! This printer gives you very good pictures and I was surprised to see that they were the same as seen on my monitor. It does print that is very acceptable but bear in mind that it was made more for photo printing. It does it's best work on HP premium photo paper. I would recommend this to anyone.

- Worst Printer I've ever owned!!!
I bought this printer at Staples less than 6 month ago to replace and old HP diehard printer. I wanted something more up to date and since I skipped at least 5 generations of updates I thought I would have something really fast and reliable. Well it has been niether. Buy anything but this useless time waisting piece of garbage. When you need it it will never work. And when it does feel like working its very slow to warm up. I use it with a new Dell XPS with Vista.
Save your time and money!!!!!!!!!!!

Here it goes - my first negative review for a consumer product. First ever.
This printer is a complete waste of money. I NEVER print in color, and yet the various color always seem to exhaust themselves as if by magic. So, now, with a one page printing job on my hand, I can't use my printer because it ran out of the light blue. This printer will NOT let you print in b/w if your color levels are down, but, again, I NEVER USE the colors. They are simply drained slowly with every black and white printing ... Read More

Pros;
1. Very inexpensive initial investment and cost per page is very low with aftermarket paper and ink. An excellent value. Amazon sells compatible ink and paper for significantly less than HP genuine through it's partners. Costco paper is $[...] for 300 sheets of 4X5" making the cost per page less than 10c.
2. Absolutely stunning photo prints which are true to Photoshop/pantone color display. Very vibrant.
3. Easy to set up and use.

The product performs well. Photo print color is brilliant and sharp. The worst part was configuring the wireless feature. Nowhere in the documentation does it say anything about adding a printer with the IP address of the machine. I made several calls to tech support and none of the technicians instructed me to add a printer. A tech savvy friend figured it out for me.
