I wish I would have thought to check the reviews before I purchased the Health Master 100!!!!
What a piece of junk. Like everyone else has been saying it worked for a few months then the blade began to rust and leak.
I called "customer service" what a joke that was. After several minutes of complaining they finally agreed to give me my money back. I sent it back 3 months ago and have still not received a credit. They have my money AND the piece of [...] blender.

I replaced a cheaper toy blender for what I thought was a blender that had such a great brand name.It worked great for the first 6 mos then I noticed it was leaving chunks of already crushed ice from my fridge.Secondly it began to leak and I can't find a replacement for the jar.So I'm stuck with what is supposedly a great motor but a useless jar!

I was originally impressed with the performance of Jack LaLanne's Health Master.Eight months later, that is no longer the case.The blade and bearing have rusted and it is out of warranty.Rust-flavored smoothies leave just as bitter a taste in the mouth as the money wasted on this product.I wish I would have known this before purchasing.After researching this problem, I found many others had similar experiences.The product is now discontinued and the remaining inventory is being sold at ... First I want to say that I purchased this item through a link that took me directly to the JackLaLanne sight to purchase this product - not Amazon -- I will never do that again, at least with Amazon there is more accountability for sellers to back their word.
I purchased this item a little over a year ago, and paid the extra $15 for a 3 yr warrente that guarenteed replacement if anything wrong. It was advertized as guarenteed not to rust as all metal parts were 100% stainless steel.It ... Read More

Who doesn't love Jack LaLanne?Unfortunately, as much as I wanted this one-third-of-the-price version of the Vita-Mix Blender to be equal in it's value to my kitchen and my health, there is simply no comparison.Here are my problems with the Jack LaLanne blender:
