Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Never buy anything but an HP printer
Absolutely garbage, do not buy under any circumstances.

Refused to feed paper under any circumstances, no matter how many types of paper and ways of feeding it.Fax was troublesome also.

Can't print, can't fax... whats the point of having this thing?

My HP from 8 years old works perfectly, this piece of junk doesn't work at all.

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - BUYER BEWARE!
I've had the CX9400 for about six months and in a frustrated rage hurled it in the garbage last night. Even though it worked perfectly well, I refuse, on principle, to send one more penny epson's way for ink. It sucks color ink like there's no tomorrow, even when nothing (ever) is printed in color. If any one of three color cartridges are dry (which they will be quickly) then you can't print anything, period, including black & white printing, or send/receive fax's, until you replace the cartridge(s). ... I have had this printer for over a year now, and the problems with it are ridiculous. If I had known, I would have paid more and gotten a Canon. In fact, this printer is so untrustworthy that I kept my Canon printer around for several months.

Here's a typical printing session with this wonderful (this word should drip sarcasm) printer. (Note:I do use generic cartridges)

I print an email, it prints in black, yellow and magenta. So, I clean the print heads once and try again. ... Read More

This printer may be "Energy Star" but any gains are lost in the quantity of ink it guzzles for standard print jobs. You also can't select to print in draft to save ink. After a couple months, it started printing diagonally, and any attempts made at realigning the jets did not succeed in fixing the problem. The next issue was that printer wouldn't catch the paper in the feed unless there was a good stack behind it to push the paper forward into the feed.A few weeks later, it started taking the paper in ... Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Complete and total SCAM
No matter how little printing you do, no matter how much printing in black and white you do, this printer forces you to replace color cartridges every other week.I would estimate I print 30 pages every 2 weeks, and yet I have to replace ink cartridges every other week.

In HP printers, if a cartridge is low, you can continue printing at a reduced print quality. The Epson interface will not allow you to print if it has convinced itself that there is low ink.

This printer is an infuriating ... Read More
