I was impressed by this toaster from the time I opened the box (when it didn't even want to come out of the box because it was so heavy!) I have nothing bad to say about this toaster I can tell you that!
It is really unique as far as toasters go. Every other toaster I have ever owned has been a traditional one where the toast pops up when it is done.
