Fit was not 100 % but it is usable and better than the old one I used for 5 years. CUstomer Service is very unprofessional...got an answering machine saying that they are currently unavailable as they are attending an "exhibition/show" somewhere...what kind of business would do that?Customer Service should always "be available"...

I purchased the silicone gasket for my ten year old pressure cooker by Fissler. It was a perfect fit and have had the chance to try it out. It worked properly. I would not hesitate to buy replacement parts from Amazon.com.
