I have to highly recommend this Fissler pressure cooker.This was my very first pressure cooker, I followed the manual washed it well and did the first run with the water and lemon juice, then fixed beans.Being a little afraid of pressure cooker stories, I didn't cook it as long as I should have.This has so many SAFETY features, it just doesn't seem like you could go wrong, unless you do wrong on purpose.Needless to say in 40 min's the pinto beans were about 88% cooked and I was very impressed. ... I have had a pressure cooker from Fissler for several years now.It is a great piece of kitchen equipment.Cuts cooking time in half and really brings out the flavor in food.I recommend not only this product, but any product made by Fissler.
