I really like Kaspersky.You can update the software on line at no cost, provided you are within the time period of the license dates.You can also easily renew your subscription on line.
If you have the "internet security" version, you don't need the stand alone anti-virus.
There is a live "customer care" number, if you want to spend hours looking for it, but it is available and they seem quite nice.
All in all, I like Kaspersky very much...

This was a horrible hassle.The minute I installed it, everything kept freezing up.I switched back to Trend Micro.

This is my second renewal and I'm very happy about it. Faster than NIS but I'm still waiting for the product rebate they promised that's why I gave it a 3 stars.
