- Great bar for the money!
I recently purchased this chin-up bar and I find it to be exactly what I wanted/needed at a very reasonable price. The things is sturdy as heck when installed (I had to purchase longer bolts to go through 2 joists it comes with bolts long enough to go through 1 joist).
There is not much to say about it because it's just a chin-up bar, but the quality is good.I would recommend this product to anybody who is looking to put a chin-up bar in their basement.

- Able to Kip (for those of you who know what that means)
One thing missing in the reviews I have read is the ability to kip with this bar.It is very sturdy and allows my 150lbs to kip without shaking at all. We got very long bolts so it could be mounted on the side of my deck. It's been there for about 2 weeks and so far no issues.

- Chin up bar
Super sturdy chin up bar. I had to go to hardware store and purchase long lag bolts because my joists are much thicker than what they allow for. Still a very good buy.
