- Breathing freely and sleeping soundly!
I have a slightly deviated septum and I live in "Allergy Country" in northern California. I discovered these nasal strips at the store when I had a cold, but use them now almost nightly during allergy season. Thanks to these nasal strips I can breathe now freely and sleep again very soundly and feel refreshed in the morning.
Even my husband, who sometimes woke me up with some light snoring, has started to use them and now he sleeps very quietly!

These little strips really help me get a good night's sleep. Whenever my breathing channels seem a bit narrower (swollen or clogged), I use these to get more oxygen to my brain. I wake up feeling refreshed and energized. My partner says that it reduces my snoring as well, though we both use ear plugs anyway.It is important to follow their instructions as to location.

Using the Breathe Right Nasal Strips has enabled me to sleep better at night without waking up all the time with a stuffy nose. They also have turned the volume waay down on my husband's snoring.

The small is not small enough for my nose.The product did not help but that might have been because the only way to get it to stick was to either leave too much of the band looped above my nose or put the little feet in the wrong place, and if I sweated they did not stick at all. Perhaps they need a junior size.
