Anything that cuts my time standing in the kitchen is a godsend.I ordered several packs, cheaper than my local kitchen store by quite a lot.

- GREAT idea & product!!
I have to say what a great product! I have been steaming for many years using cabbage as a liner for the steamer, the cabbage worked ok but was messy and I personally don't like cabbage. Once I used Helen's liners I was convinced!The dumplings came out moist and delicious. Even my husband steams now since its such an easy clean up with the liners!
I also used it last week for steamed fish and my kids loved it (they never eat fish!)

I steamed dumplings for 45 minutes with these and the meat was still raw in the middle.Very little steam gets through the parchment paper when cooking.You're much better off buying a roll of parchment paper at the grocery store and poking your own holes in it.
