I wanted this cast iron pan for some easy grilling indoors (I live in an apartment).I saw it on goldbox deals and bought it about a year ago.Every time I have used it, I have been able to achieve excellent grill marks on my meats. So far I have used it in the oven for steak (it makes a lot of smoke that my fire alarm can't tolerate), and stove-top (electric) for shrimp, chicken and steak.Everything turns out perfectly every time.It also looks great in my kitchen.It's heavy for me (I have ...
