- Wish I'd read the reviews first
I didn't buy a protector for my first cowon X5 player and it quickly developed a scratch on the screen in normal use.
I bought this case to protect the screen of A3!The rest of the player is pretty solid; it doesn't need protection.So the fact that the screen is the only thing that the case does NOT protect is a pretty serious liability.Next time I'll read the reviews.DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

It's a decent stand, holds the item well.So if they lowered the price then marketed this as a stand, fine.But first of all the plastic is really shoddy (I literally could squeeze it with my hands), second of all, it's a hard case everywhere except the screen!Which is what really needs the protection.I ordered this then returned it immediately.I looked around and found zcover, which makes better cases.The cowon's there is thick silicone, but has a hard plastic part that connects inside ... - Great case for the Cowon A3
I wanted a case that would protect my A3, provide a stand for hands free viewing, and wouldn't have to be removed which using the Cowon. This one is great on all counts. I use this together with the i-nique screen protector, and am confident my Cowon is fully protected from scratches and normal wear and tear. This would not protect the cowon from a drop obviously, but it's not inteded to. The buttons and all ports are easy to access, so I never have to take the case off. I highly recommend this to ...
