- Good idea, but doesn't deliver
I bought this for far cheaper than it's offered here, and I don't think it was worth the money. It's an innovative idea for a double boiler, but the craftsmanship is fairly shoddy - after a few uses it sprung a leak in the handle and was therefore useless (especially on an electric range).
Better off buying a traditional double boiler, or getting some silicone...

My double boiler fell less than 4" onto my kitchen floor and the handle broke off.I had never used it.That's $50 down the drain.
