The pan works well and cleans easily.It is a mulitasker as well.The rivited handle may be a problem in the future.I am pleased.

The paella pan is well made, except handles are wielded on pan, not riveted. The pan cooks great with no hot spots

it's good size and deep and very useful overall, we have made paella for a large party as well as using it as a roasting pan. It cleans up relatively easy. The cover and the handle have good grips. Hopefully it will last, so far so good.
